Step-by-step instructions

Open QuickBeam on the iPhone receiver
Visit quickbeam.app in Safari and keep the QR code visible. This iPhone will receive the downloads.

Scan from the Android sender
Use Camera, Google Lens, or the Android QR scanner to read the iPhone screen, then open the resulting QuickBeam sender link.

Choose Android photos or files
Tap Choose Files and select the items in the Android picker. Confirm your selection to begin the encrypted transfer.

Keep Chrome and Safari active
Leave the sender page in the foreground on Android and the receiver page open on iPhone until every file is complete.

Save received items where you want them
Safari downloads appear in the Files app. To put a compatible image or video into Photos, open it from Files, tap Share, and choose Save Image or Save Video.

Yes, provided the video is within your QuickBeam file-size allowance and the connection remains active long enough to finish. Large videos work best on stable Wi-Fi.
